Welcome to our
site!
We are now incorporated ( Greater
Brandon Arts Council Inc.) and have applied for our non-profit
status.
There are many
talented people; musicians, writers, actors, artists, dancers and
many others in Brandon and the surrounding areas! We hope to bring
everyone together and build a vibrant arts community. Some day we
hope there will be a gathering place for the arts with space for
both performing and visual arts with classroom space. Our meetings
are open to the public and we invite your enthusiastic
participation.
ARTS DIRECTORY PLANS
We are publishing a directory of local arts
organizations and artists of all types.
The directory will be distributed for free to local libraries,
chambers and many other public places. Organizations, businesses and
individuals will be listed for free in the following categories :
Literary Arts; Performing Arts; Dance, Theater, Music; Visual Arts;
Three Dimensional, Painting, Photography.
Arts people in the following zip codes will be included:
3583,33584,33592,33594, 33595, 33596, 33510, 33511, 33514, 33527,
33547, 33569, 33570, 33550, 33578.
Others outside these zip codes will be included if they are members
of GBAC.

MEETING
Mark your calendars!
The Meeting
Monday, January 11th at 6.15 p.m.
will be
at the office of Kim
Hall.
The Board meetings are usually the second Monday of every
month at the office of Kim
Hall
322 W. Robertson St, Brandon.
We will have a social time with snacks at 6:15 p.m.
and the meeting will begin at 6:45 p.m. All members and interested people are very welcome
to attend.
